Toddler Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie
Equipment
- Blender/ Smoothie maker
Ingredients
- 5 Strawberries frozen
- 1/2 Banana frozen
- 1/4 cup Oats
- 1/2 tsp Chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Honey/ maple syrup optional (honey should not be given to babies under 1 as it can lead to infant botulism)
- 1 cup full fat milk
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in blender/smoothie maker
- Blend on high speed until smooth
- pour in favourite smoothie cup
