Turning simple oats porridge into something delicious! Now I promise I will start finding some fancy names for these recipes but until I do enjoy! 🙂

This delicious homemade oats with ground almonds and blackberries was not only gorgeous but tasted amazing. All I did was make some oats porridge, pour it in the bowl then topped with ground almonds and blackberries and BOOM magic. And for some extra kick squeeze a bit of maple syrup over it and trust me you’ll love it. To make the oats porridge base just follow my simple oats recipe base and you cant go wrong.

When can I start giving my baby nuts?

Nuts can be introduce to your little ones in a smooth texture or peanut butter form, from the age of six months.

It is recommended not to give kids under the age of 5 whole nuts due to risk of choking.
