Equipment

  • pre heated oven
  • tray with grease proof paper

Ingredients
  

  • Tortilla wrap
  • Tomato paste
  • Cheese
  • Cooked chicken (I used left over roast chicken)
  • Fresh tomato
  • Herbs to garnish

Notes

Put everything on the wrap then stick it in your preheated oven for 7-8 minutes. Do not overload it! No one wants a saggy pizza lol

These healthy delicious Easy Banana Berry Nut Oats Cookies are sooo good and quick to make. The sweetness from the banana and raspberry will have you going back for more every time.

Enjoy these as a snack or treat on their own. Or serve as lunch with some yogurt and cucumber on the side.

Easy Banana Berry Nut Oats Cookies

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes

Servings 12 cookies

Equipment

  • 1 Bowl
  • Tray with greaseproof / parchment paper

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp raspberry jam seeded preferably organic
  • 1 cup raw oats
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Mash bananas
  • add peanut butter and raspberry and mix together
  • add all other ingredients and mix well
  • use hand to shape and place on tray
  • place in a preheated oven for 10 – 15 minutes
  • allow to cool before digging in (can be placed in fridge for 15 minutes)

Notes

This recipe makes 12 snack-able size cookies (1tbsp measuring)
The thicker you make these, the more chewy they will be, cooking time will also be adjusted depending on size.
you can also freeze these in batches before baking. Simply place on a freezer safe plate before baking then store in a freezer bag when frozen.
Store baked cookies in an air tight container in the fridge or cupboard for up to 3 days.
